Verizon 5G Home Internet offers two plans in areas with 5G coverage. Both plans have no annual contracts or data limits* and currently have a two- and three-year price guarantee, depending on which plan you choose.

About Verizon 5G Home Internet

Best known for mobile services and Fios internet, Verizon also offers fixed wireless 5G internet options, Verizon 5G Home and 5G Home Plus, as well as LTE Home.

With 5G Home Plus, you can expect to get speeds between 300 and 1,000 Mbps, which can power your whole home with many connected devices. With 5G Home, you can expect speeds between 85 and 300 Mbps in areas with 5G coverage.

Verizon’s 5G Home Internet has no annual contracts, extra fees, data overages or equipment charges. You can self-install the service and all taxes, equipment and additional fees are included in the advertised price. 

If your address doesn’t have Verizon’s 5G Home Internet available, you may be eligible for the 4G LTE Home Internet plan as low as $35/mo. with Auto Pay and select 5G mobile plans.

Verizon myHome perks

Verizon offers perks you can add to your Verizon Home services. Each myHome perk is $10/mo. Choices include a Disney Bundle* and YouTube Premium,** among several other options.

Verizon 5G Home Internet availability

Available in 900 cities across the U.S., Verizon 5G Home Internet’s footprint continues to grow. Verizon’s coverage map below shows areas in red where its 5G Home Internet is available.

If you’re not serviceable for 5G Home Internet, Verizon’s LTE Home internet is available in parts of nearly every state except for Oregon, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas and Arizona. 

Verizon 5G Home Internet equipment and installation

Verizon provides a Wi-Fi 6 router with your plan. The gateway router is delivered to your door, with plug-and-play instructions and tech support.

Installation is simple with Verizon 5G and should take no longer than 30 minutes. All you need is the router that comes with your plan and the My Verizon app. Just plug in your gateway and the app will lead you through the rest of the process. 

The Verizon LTE Home Internet router is included with that plan as well.

Our final take on Verizon 5G Home

If you are a Verizon mobile customer, it’s hard to beat $35 – $45/mo. (with Auto Pay and select 5G mobile plans) for internet service. Verizon’s 5G Home Internet service is a solid choice as your ISP if it’s available in your area.
