What to know about Spectrum

Spectrum is one of the largest cable internet providers in the U.S., serving parts of 41 states and over 100 million people. In Spectrum’s service areas, most customers will have access to all internet speed tiers: 500 Mbps and 1,000 Mbps. Spectrum offers fiber internet to less than 1% of its service area but is currently expanding its fiber network to unserved and underserved areas across the country.

Spectrum has no contracts and no data caps. Spectrum also offers TV and phone services that you can purchase alone or bundled with your internet plan.

Does Spectrum offer senior discounts?

Spectrum does not have a discount specifically for senior citizens, but it does offer a discounted internet plan for low-income households which many seniors may qualify for.

After your offer term ends (12 – 36 months), package pricing rises to the standard price. How much of an increase you see will vary by which Spectrum services you have.
