How to pay your Verizon bill 

Do you need to pay your Verizon Fios bill? Pay your Verizon bill on your time with multiple ways to pay, including cash, check, E-check, ATM and most major debit or credit cards. If you are a Verizon business customer, you can pay your bill here.

Pay your Verizon bill by phone:

  • Call the Verizon bill pay phone number at (800) 345-6563 and enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account. There is a $3.50 fee for paying by phone. 
  • Enter your 14- to 18-digit account number on the top of your bill followed by the # sign.
  • Press 1 to make a payment.
  • Enter the amount you want to pay (in dollars and cents) followed by the # sign.

Pay your Verizon bill online:

  • Log in to verizon.com/my-verizon.
  • Select Pay Bill.
  • Enter payment information, including how much you’d like to pay, if different from the total bill amount.
  • Select Continue.
  • Review the Terms and Conditions and select Send Payment to process your payment.

Pay your bill using the My Verizon App:

  • Download the My Verizon App to your smartphone.
  • Sign in with your Verizon account information.
  • Select Bill from the dashboard, then select Pay Bill.
  • Enter your payment information and select Make Payment.

Pay your Verizon bill in person:

  • Find a Verizon store location.
  • Pay your bill in store. You can use the in-store automated bill pay kiosk or speak with a Verizon employee. 
  • Verizon stores will accept payment by cash, check, credit/debit card or with a Verizon Wireless Gift Card.

    Verizon store closed? You can pay your Verizon bill at a CheckFreePay or Western Union location. You may be charged a $3 convenience fee.

How to pay your bill by calling customer service:

  • Call Verizon customer service at (800) 837-4966. 
  • You will be charged a $7 Agent Assistance fee for paying by this method.

Pay your Verizon bill by mail:

Pay your bill with disconnected account website:

  • Use this method to pay your Verizon bill if your account is inactive or has already been disconnected. 
  • Go to the disconnected account site. You will need the cellphone number, last name and ZIP code associated with your previous account.
  • If it has been longer than six months since your Verizon account was disconnected, you will need to pay without signing in to your account

Pay your bill online without signing in to My Verizon:

  • Go to Pay My Bill
  • Enter your account type, account number and ZIP code.
  • Select a payment method (check, credit/debit card or Verizon Wireless Gift Card).
  • Enter amount.
  • Hit Send Payment.
