Yes. You can reach a Verizon representative via Facebook, chat or Twitter 24/7. A Verizon customer service representative is available via phone Monday – Friday, 7 a.m.- 9 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday, 8 a.m.- 9 p.m. local time.

You can adjust billing preferences from the My Verizon page. Select Paperless Billing from the My Bill dropdown menu. Review the information on the Paperless Billing page and select Continue to complete your enrollment.

You can return your equipment for free by signing into your account and printing a prepaid return label. Then, drop off your equipment at any UPS location. Return equipment within 30 days of your service being disconnected.

You can cancel online. You will need your User ID and password to login to your Verizon account. You can also cancel by contacting a customer service representative at (844) 837-2262. Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-6 p.m. ET
