Our internet is part of our cell phone bills. When we moved here from Westfield, we moved our Verizon Internet Gateway with us. We plugged it in and it worked!

Price is much higher than others for the same channels and Internet speed. Customer service reps have conflicting answers. I was duped when switching and bill quickly doubled with a third of the channels and speed lowered even though they said it didn’t.

Was told that Fios was available in my building, scheduled appointment to install, they installed 50mb DSL with a Fios WiFi tower, where I had had 300mb and moved, and no one ever mentioned the speed difference. 50mb costs the same as my previous 300mb setup!! WTF. Looking into other internet providers.

We are very dissatisfied with Verizon. When we moved into our apartment, we received a white box. We have daily problems with watching our television to the point that we have to shut it off!
