Our internet is part of our cell phone bills. When we moved here from Westfield, we moved our Verizon Internet Gateway with us. We plugged it in and it worked!

Price is much higher than others for the same channels and Internet speed. Customer service reps have conflicting answers. I was duped when switching and bill quickly doubled with a third of the channels and speed lowered even though they said it didn’t.

The customer service representative stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours until he was satisfied that I was hooked up successfully. Never losing patience and always friendly.

Paying for a 1GB fiber connection and regularly getting download speeds between 10-20 Mbps. Have had fiber with different providers in the past in other homes with much more reliable and faster speeds (and a lower price point). Have had fiber with different providers in the past in other homes with much more reliable and faster speeds (and a lower price point). Still only a few weeks in with Verizon but have already had them come out after a week of speeds less than 1 Mbps down. If this doesn’t improve, will be changing providers. Finding this very disappointing. Definitely wouldn’t suggest Verizon.

Not satisfied considering canceling and going back to xfinity, tv channels still do not connect to what I’m asking for, volume still does not work right in 2cnd room, very aggravated
