Our internet is part of our cell phone bills. When we moved here from Westfield, we moved our Verizon Internet Gateway with us. We plugged it in and it worked!

Price is much higher than others for the same channels and Internet speed. Customer service reps have conflicting answers. I was duped when switching and bill quickly doubled with a third of the channels and speed lowered even though they said it didn’t.

I do not own a computer or tablet, therefore i am not using internet in my home. I use my phone carrier as my internet provider. VERIZON is fine.

install and moving process was difficult switched service from old residence to new apt took a full day to get someone who could help
