Are Cox services available in my area?
Cox offers cable internet, TV and home phone services in 18 states. Availability for Cox cable services is greatest in Rhode Island and select metro areas of Arizona, California, Louisiana and Virginia. Call to check Cox availability in your area.
Does Cox offer cellphone service?
Cox does not currently offer cellphone plans similar to Spectrum Mobile or Xfinity Mobile. Cox does offer home phone service as a standalone package or part of a bundle. Cox home phone service includes unlimited long-distance calling and 20+ calling features.
How do I create a Cox account?
To register your Cox account, go to cox.com/register and choose how you’d like to look up your account – by phone number, service address or account number. You’ll also need your four-digit Cox PIN or the last four digits of the account holder’s SSN. Once you’re logged in for the first time, you can set your Cox account password and view your account information and options.
Does Cox offer senior discounts?
Cox does not currently offer discounts specifically geared toward seniors.
