Maine internet customer reviews
Our customers in Maine share their internet connection experiences with our Allconnect broadband experts, who help them pick the right internet service provider for their needs.
I’ve only had Xfinity for a few months on my service. I get from them is fantastic. I have had no interruptions and my speed is always there. I have no problems with it. It works great!

They shipped first router to wrong city, sent me another one, and charged me for both. I spent hours over many days/weeks with customer service, was even hung up on by a supervisor?

When I moved … I moved my equipment between the locations and simply had to plug it in and call Spectrum to transfer service. While the process was super easy and simple, I was still charged a connection/ setup charge and was unable to utilize any promotions. My new apartment building doesn’t have any alternative options for internet service so Spectrum is free to charge whatever they want to the residents…
