It just is not that great of service for the money we pay.

We moved and lost all of our saved programs and scheduled programs even though they assured us this was not possible since the DVR was in the cloud!! Then the service tech asked to borrow a flood light for the crawl space and then took it with him when he left. It took over 8 weeks and dozens of calls to customer…
We moved and lost all of our saved programs and scheduled programs even though they assured us this was not possible since the DVR was in the cloud!! Then the service tech asked to borrow a flood light for the crawl space and then took it with him when he left. It took over 8 weeks and dozens of calls to customer service and corporate HQ to finally have them replace the stolen flood light. Terrible customer service!!!

I was thrilled with it the day I moved in to my house. I’ve been here 3 months and now I only have 1 bar on my phone and often time my download doesn’t happen.

The wifi-router is very easy to install and boots right up. It has been very reliable, and works great with our roku tv, phones and ipads.

The plan went up from 20$ to $56 it says speed data is 100 there is no way that is true sometimes the devices get disconnected by itself it’s crazy than the amount changes monthly it seems May was$50 now June $56 I. Not rich I need the service that is why I set up the service this is crazy

The biggest thing about Cox is it’s overpriced for what is offered, especially since it goes down so often. The higher speeds are pretty fast as long as you have an unlimited plan. Then they either don’t know what they’re talking about or don’t know what they should say or do. Or they end up accidentally overcharging you.
