This has been the best experience I’ve ever had, signing up to an Internet Service! It wasn’t just the signing up, it’s been the followup with this company that has impressed me the most! I was so happy with switching to COX, that I’ve gone one step further and I’m switching my Mobile Service to them as well! The bundle with the two are saving me nearly $1000 a year! My internet’s speed is 6x faster and my mobile service is literally a 1/3 of what I’ve been paying!!! Now, that’s what a Provider is all about!! Very Happy Customer here!!

Price for 1GB service is considerably higher than everyone else. As soon as they are available I’ll be switching.

Only one internet provider . This mean very expensive rates. I was paying $145 a month for cable and internet in San Antonio. Coc have a monopoly going on here in Macon Ga

Cox communications is the worst internet provider I’ve had so far, their customer service is Very unknowledgeable, service is slow and unstable, very difficult to achieve simple tasks such as canceling a service that should have been transferred, don’t recommend, working on switching soon.
