The service is fine. No complaints, except that they didn’t offer to let us install the router ourselves. They sent two men to plug it in and connect it to the tv and charged us $100 for installation.

Very unreliable and spotty internet. There’s no way I can take a work call from home because I would lose connection multiple times during the call.

Cox set me up with the most painless professional fiber install in my newly built home and their employees are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot give high enough praise! Haven’t had a single issue and my speeds are great!

We’ve only had it a few months and already went out a few times for several hours each time. Also went with this plan because we qualified for cheaper rates but after 2 months that is gone.

The internet is not very good the picture is blurry the whole time and we run out of internet so fast and have been very careful.
