What we like
Promotional offers – AT&T is known to sweeten the deal with extra incentives such as gift cards, free premium services and more when you sign up for new services.
High customer satisfaction – The American Customer Satisfaction Index ranks AT&T internet with a 71/100 in 2021.
Straightforward pricing – AT&T’s fiber plans don’t have any equipment fees, annual contracts or price increases.
Things to consider
Expensive – While they deliver some of the fastest speeds in the country, AT&T’s most expensive plan is $180/mo. — far more than most people pay for internet.
No bundle discounts – You won’t save any money by bundling AT&T internet with DIRECTV STREAM or DIRECTV. It’s exactly the same price as it would be if you subscribed to each one separately.
