What do AT&T customers think?
AT&T is a fiber and DSL internet service provider. AT&T’s fiber plans are amongst the best in the country, with symmetrical speeds up to 5,000 Mbps, and customers are happy with AT&T’s speed and reliability. AT&T scores a bit lower in the customer service and price categories, but its fiber plans offer great value for the cost.

We had several different people telling me something different each time I called with a problem or concern. Finally a wonderful lady named Melissa fixed everything. She spoke English, understand my concerns and explained everything to me. I even got a new phone at very little cost.

Att fiber 1gig speed. I have a two story home where the internet central is located in the master closet, but it is in a corner of the house, so the opposite areas of the house (living, kitchen and dining) the internet can be a little choppy. I have a two story home where the internet central is located in the master closet, but it is in a corner of the house, so the opposite areas of the house (living, kitchen and dining) the internet can be a little choppy. Specially while if trying to play active online games. Otherwise, for streaming movies and music, the internet is perfectly fine (I have the tvs, PCs, and ps5) hardwired. The internet has no problem with connection issues to 30+ smart switches, cameras, thermostats and such.

After the ACP program closed up, ATT went back to DSL service at a higher rate ($15-month) and lower quality service.
