What do AT&T customers think?
AT&T is a fiber and DSL internet service provider. AT&T’s fiber plans are amongst the best in the country, with symmetrical speeds up to 5,000 Mbps, and customers are happy with AT&T’s speed and reliability. AT&T scores a bit lower in the customer service and price categories, but its fiber plans offer great value for the cost.

Dropped Xfinity 1200/35 was paying $95 under a two year contract with my own equipment and 1.2 tb monthly data cap. Thru ATT fiber I went for the 2 gig symmetrical fiber here in Atlanta for $145 a month but may drop down to the 1 gig fiber for $80. I have no complaints, fiber connection has been speedy, love that theres no data…

Every year AT&T is jacking up my internet bill. It starts with $45 a month then right now, it is $105 a month. At present, I am looking for another provider.

I was with AT&T prior to the move and they stated that they can set up service at my new house and scheduled an install. Once I moved it and they say they were suppose to arrive at 8 in the morning but no one came. Called multiple times and spent 4 plus hours throughout the day speaking with them and waiting all day…
I was with AT&T prior to the move and they stated that they can set up service at my new house and scheduled an install. Once I moved it and they say they were suppose to arrive at 8 in the morning but no one came. Called multiple times and spent 4 plus hours throughout the day speaking with them and waiting all day to make sure I was home when I call for the 4th time at 6pm they told me that actually my appt was canceled due to the fact they do not provide service at my new home. I still don’t understand how they say they do and schedule an install but apparently they could not provide me service to begin with. And the fact the the multiple times I spoke with them the day they were suppose to come they said over and over that they were still coming. After all that time spent and extra day without internet since it was another week for me to set up another provider which prevented me from working since I work from home they simply stated sorry and there wasn’t anything else that could be done

They cancelled appointments and cancelled the entire order without communication. We’ve been with ATT since they were Bell South and this is the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. We were tempted to change service altogether because of it.
