What do AT&T customers think?
AT&T is a fiber and DSL internet service provider. AT&T’s fiber plans are amongst the best in the country, with symmetrical speeds up to 5,000 Mbps, and customers are happy with AT&T’s speed and reliability. AT&T scores a bit lower in the customer service and price categories, but its fiber plans offer great value for the cost.

Minimum internet speed and can only use ATT. I moved from somewhere with 1000mb to 50. It’s a shame.

I had AT&T at my previous home. At my new home, I am paying more for less speed. I am still being billed for my previous address even though I canceled the service 1 month prior to moving. I am very disappointed a d dissatisfied with AT&T!!

Awful custommer service. They even charged me that I couldn’t connect an unfunctional router. Stay away!
