Spectrum is a cable internet provider. Customer satisfaction among internet providers is generally low, but Spectrum customers gave the provider high scores in customer service satisfaction. Spectrum also had average satisfaction scores in the speed and reliability sections, but its year two price increases could be causing some lower scores in the price category.

My only issue with Spectrum is the intermittent service … it has several daily incidences of my service going off and on again. Very annoying.

Equipment was delivered quickly, installation was easy with the existing coax that was in our home, setup was automatic from our smartphone. Service has proved reliable for the two months it been used for mostly internet browsing and video streaming. Price is reasonable and guaranteed for two years.

I have been a Spectrum customer for the last 8-12 years. They offer some great packages but some how the value of those packages don’t seem to maintain the original standard after so much time has passed. They do make up for it in customer service and offers that are available once you talk to them.

I couldn’t set up my router or modem with Spectrum because they never said I had to have cable so I had to return it

Customer service is not friendly or helpful with making changes to existing service nor willing to offer better service for a lower price. They seem to have a monopoly in my area and are most uncooperative while providing intermittent service. Many of the channels I once had have been removed while still increasing the price on an annual basis. I have not been happy…

Now that streaming services are in abundance, I will be cancelling my subscription soon.

We were out of service for almost a whole month due to Hurricane Helene. Spectrum would not credit me for the time their service was not usable. I pay them over $100/mo and they wouldn’t credit me a dime.

I pay $95 dollars a month for 5G Internet. Too expensive .
