What do Spectrum customers think?
Spectrum is a cable internet provider. Customer satisfaction amongst internet providers is generally low, but Spectrum customers gave the provider high scores in customer service satisfaction. Spectrum also had average satisfaction scores in the speed and reliability sections, but its year two price increases could be causing some lower scores in the price category.

My only issue with Spectrum is the intermittent service … it has several daily incidences of my service going off and on again. Very annoying.

Equipment was delivered quickly, installation was easy with the existing coax that was in our home, setup was automatic from our smartphone. Service has proved reliable for the two months it been used for mostly internet browsing and video streaming. Price is reasonable and guaranteed for two years.

I have been a Spectrum customer for the last 8-12 years. They offer some great packages but some how the value of those packages don’t seem to maintain the original standard after so much time has passed. They do make up for it in customer service and offers that are available once you talk to them.

Very happy with Spectrum internet service and price. We are paying considerably less than our previous provider charged for the same quality.

My provider is okay for now. Not great as my home phone answering machine has to be located in the basement because the installer had no idea how to fish a wire to the upstairs.

I’ve had Spectrum for about 2 months and I’ve had no less than 6 outages. All they can say is ‘we are working on it’ and I’ve gotten a total of $6.00 credit.

Only had plan for a couple of months. Plan is waaaay over-priced. Have had modem crap out twice in recent days, which I consider to be very suspect behavior – it _should just work_, and continue to do so without extra needed intervention. Installation person was very good.

I have only had the service working for a few days. I had signed up last month, received the non-working modem 5/30/24, installed it, and paid the first month with and the installation fee. It wasn’t until I pestered Customer Service (multiple calls) and 2 technician visits that it actually got fixed.

I was pleased when I called my internet service provider Spectrum to lower my current bill, and was advised of a plan and service to my satisfaction.
