What we like
No contracts – There are no contracts on any Suddenlink internet, TV or phone plans, so you never have to worry about early termination fees (ETFs).
Unlimited data – Suddenlink offers unlimited data with all of its internet plans, so you can stream, browse and game as much as you want.
Pricing – Starting prices for Suddenlink internet are lower than many cable providers, especially when you consider the speeds you get.
Things to consider
Price increases after the first year — Suddenlink has attractive starting price points. However, after 12 months, the pricing returns to the standard rate, which can be as much as an additional $60/mo.
Hidden costs – Before you purchase internet through Suddenlink, make sure you know all of Suddenlink’s hidden fees.
Low customer service rating – According to 2021 ACSI rankings, Suddenlink internet scored a 55/100 on customer service in 2021, which puts them below nearly every other major provider.

Does Suddenlink have data caps?
Suddenlink internet plans include data caps that increase as you move up in tier. For example, the data cap for a basic internet plan with Suddenlink is 250 GB/mo. Unlimited data plans are also available, however, subscribers will still be subject to usage surveillance on a monthly basis and may have their connection throttled if they go beyond a certain amount of data use.

Suddenlink provides cable TV and internet to serviceable areas. Select locations can get speeds up to 1,000 Mbps using a hybrid network that uses a cable connection to deliver service from the provider to neighborhoods and then a fiber network from neighborhoods to specific households.
Is Netflix free with Suddenlink?
Suddenlink set-top boxes support Netflix, which means you may link your account to your box.
