WOW internet availability
WOW internet is available in six Midwestern and Southern states, with plans starting at $30.00/mo. for up to 300 Mbps in download speed.
WOW cable internet is more widely available than its fiber footprint, with most availability in Detroit, Michigan; Charleston, South Carolina; Columbus, Georgia; Montgomery, Georgia; and Knoxville, Tennessee. Detroit has around 50% coverage, while Charleston has roughly 60% availability for speeds up to 1,200 Mbps. Fiber availability is much lower and concentrated in these same cities.

WOW internet is available in parts of six states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Internet availability is based on specific addresses. Although your neighborhood or city may have WOW access, it’s smart to check and see if your home is actually serviceable. If it isn’t, you can compare other providers that are serviceable at your address.
WOW TV availability
WOW doesn’t provide TV services on its own, but you can bundle with YouTube TV.
What to know about WOW plans
WOW offers cable and fiber internet service with speeds up to 2,000 Mbps and 5,000 Mbps, respectively. There are no data caps or contracts with WOW internet plans, allowing flexibility when moving or canceling service.

If you have access to WOW’s fiber plans, they will be more reliable than cable. Cable is still a better option compared to 5G home internet or DSL internet service, so you can’t go wrong with a WOW cable plan. Most WOW plans come with 50 Mbps in upload speed. Is WOW expanding its service?
WOW launched several new fiber markets recently — mainly in the metro cities it covers. The service can provide speeds up to 5 Gbps.
How do I cancel or transfer my WOW service?
You can take your WOW service with you if you move to another serviceable area. WOW doesn’t have contracts across the board, but rather, you get better pricing if you go with a 12- or 24-month term. Those come with early termination fees, so if you cancel, be aware you could pay up to $345, depending on your plan, term and time left in the contract.
