I’ve been trying to get technical issues resolved since our service began on August 28th. Our internet/wifi drops every 15 minutes and only recognizes 2 devices at any one time. I’ve been trying to get technical issues resolved since our service began on August 28th. Our internet/wifi drops every 15 minutes and only recognizes 2 devices at any one time. The only two options to get support are chat or phone so I’ve been at their mercy trying to get through. (Don’t try emailing – they don’t respond. I tried that twice two weeks ago.) I have invested 23+ hours either in their chat or phone queues only to be disconnected after waiting for two+ hours each time. My phone battery has died twice while in their phone queue having to start all over each time. The only people that actually answer the phone are those in sales – and they answer in minutes – go figure. They cannot help with anything but sales and have told me the best way to get through is to go to chat for support. The last time I was in their chat queue – once again – began at 8:33 p.m. Saturday. Twice made it to the #1 position and had my internet connection fail – or theirs on their end. Finally got through to someone at 3:15 a.m. with that chat ending at 3:24 a.m. Sunday morning (Yes, that was 7 hours of frustrating time spent.) A very patient customer service person, Elijah, has scheduled a tech to come to my home to get things resolved – fingers crossed. Their “360 Wifi 7” pods are useless. I would not wish the experience I’ve had with QuantumFiber in less than a month as a customer on my worst enemy.

I have had more than half a dozen appointments over two weeks, but they have not kept one so far. It’s so frustrating when they just change the date and time of appointments at will. It isn’t an appointment if it cannot be kept. Very disappointing service.

Quantum Fiber customer service is awful. At the time of this entry, I have been on hold on both phone and chat for over three hours! I have experienced failures of two SmartNID Pods in six months. Getting a replacement is an extremely painful process. They have no online mechanism to order a replacement, require drop off at a UPS store or one of their facilities and only will process the exchange if you’re patient and lucky enough to speak to a representative. They provide no mechanism to leave a call-back number, as though you have nothing better to do with your time but wait for them! Awful Service!!!

I am currently trying to cancel internet service from Quantum Fiber and have been now for several days but can’t get through to anyone. I would never go through them again the internet sucks.

Terrible customer service. Have spent over 10 hours on the phone with them trying to increase internet speed. No one is willing to help even though we want to pay them more. Go figure. Their call agents have been rude and incredibly unhelpful. If given the option, stay clear of Quantum Fiber and Century Link.

Terrible company. They have failed to complete installation after 4 weeks. A ” temporary ” cable was strung up on my neighbor’s fence and is still there. Impossible to get ahold of someone at Quantum to get the final hookup completed. Customer service does not exist at Quantum, They also left a severed cable sticking 6 inches out of the ground in my back…
