My internet service has been so slow. I decided to run internet speed testing for the last three days. I pay for “up to” 500 mbps but am only getting 50 mbps mostly with a high of 230 mbps (sometimes). I am only getting half the speed at best for a mid teir internet service I pay for. I pay for “up to” 500 mbps but am only getting 50 mbps mostly with a high of 230 mbps (sometimes). I am only getting half the speed at best for a mid teir internet service I pay for. I have unplugged the modem and no change. Tech is coming out today to determine if there is a problem with the equipment. I asked customer service if there is no problem with the equipment can I get refund credits for the service that was not delivered? I have receipts.

Having issues with modem going offline almost daily have had it replaced twice already and still having issues. Tried to move it to a different area to see if maybe it was a power issue with that outlet same issue persist.

We had Will from Midco set up the new modem and cable boxes for our home. Will was very courteous and professional. The bottom line is we would not have been able to do this on our own. Will really helped us out and is a great representative for Midco

They replaced the normal cable box with new equipment that uses wifi and its annoying when I most times I use the cable service the television gets stuck at sign in. I wouldn’t recommend them

Their billing department is subpar. will lead you to believe your auto-pay is in effect by not sending any notice you’ve missed a payment allowing your auto billing to be dropped and charging a fee. Twice after setting up auto pay when my card on file was compromised, I was charged a late payment fee. The first time, I accepted responsibility without complaint. The second time, I was proactive and entered my new card in time. It happened again. And still no notice until two payments were late through no fault of my own. I was told by cs “someone cancelled your payment by mistake” She did waive the fees, but this is unacceptable. Now auto-pay is worthless because every month I’ll have to go in the app and check if my payment processed or if “someone canceled it. ”

Midco is a great provider. The inability to sign up for automatic billing before the first bill, and what I believe is a convoluted process to make the customer late for the first payment. I am happy with my service.

For starters their easy install (you as the customer install) is fast. The service as about as useful as car with only 3 tires. I’d have a better connection with a rock on a blind date. Your service only works about 4 hours a day while it spends the other 20 buffing. Luckily there’s no contract so you can cancel anytime. But watch out…

Your service only works about 4 hours a day while it spends the other 20 buffing. Luckily there’s no contract so you can cancel anytime. But watch out 3 months after I shipped the equipment back via ups they sent me a bill for $300 claiming they never received it. Then conveniently was unable to file a claim with ups as the 3 month lapse of incompetence surpassed their window for filing. 5/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
