Allconnect uses a patented, 100% cloud-based Application Programming Interface (API) technology to bring customers accurate, up-to-date info on plans no matter where or when they use our site. To ensure accurate internet serviceability results, a customer’s address and ZIP code are required.

Some internet providers require credit checks or deposits so we collect Social Security and credit card information both on the phones and when you enter one of our online carts. Be clear that this is over a secured connection and that the information will never be used in harmful ways.

Allconnect is continually updating plans and pricing. The prices and plans you see are the same as what the service providers are currently offering. You are not charged any additional fees for signing up for internet service through Allconnect.

Our internet and TV experts at Allconnect are trained to help you compare providers, plans and pricing in your area. We’ll help you find the deal that’s right for you.

Allconnect is an independent, advertising-supported publisher and internet provider comparison service. Our partners may compensate us when customers click links or sign up for services through our site. We get paid per service activation, so we do not get compensated for an internet or TV order until a customer installs the service in their home. If a customer cancels without installing, we do not receive any commissions.

Additionally, we are an Amazon Affiliate, which means we get a commission if a reader clicks a link from our site to an Amazon product and makes a purchase. This is also true with ExpressVPN, a virtual private network provider.

How does Allconnect make shopping easier?

If you don’t see any providers available for your address but know of service providers in your area, give us a call. We work with many of the leading providers across the nation and can help you find the top providers in your area.

Serviceability results are not 100% accurate due to inherent flaws with FCC data tracking, where providers are not required to fully specify serviceability by address. Customers can call into our sales center at 844.263.2443 for help where we can get 100% accurate results for their address.

At Allconnect, our goal is to get you the best deal on the services you need, even if that means combining services from more than one provider. If internet from one provider and TV from another is the best way to get what you need, we’ll let you know.

The easiest, fastest way to get more information about a specific plan is to call and speak with one of our experts. We’ll go over the details of the plan, including availability, equipment fees and special offers, and guide you through the order process when you’re ready to order.

No problem. With Allconnect, you can search for plans by ZIP code. So if you know the general area you’re moving to, but not the exact address, you can still get a head start on finding and comparing services with Allconnect.

What happens after I order through Allconnect?

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. At this time, your order is complete and you can get ready for your installation date, if necessary. After you order your new internet service, you’ll get an email from Allconnect with an order confirmation. Your order number and confirmation details will be in this email.

Once you have ordered your internet service, the best way to check your order status is by contacting your new provider. Many major internet service providers allow you to check your order status online.

If you need help with an existing order prior to your installation date, contact Allconnect Customer Service. After your installation date, contact your new service provider, who will manage billing, service troubleshooting and more.

No, monthly bills will come straight from your new service provider. Allconnect will process your initial payment to begin services, but all future payments should be made to your new service provider.

You can cancel your order, but depending on the type of order, you may need to directly contact your new provider. Each internet service provider we partner with handles orders and billing differently, so we may or may not be able to cancel your order for you. Please contact us with additional questions.
