What happens after I order through Allconnect?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. At this time, your order is complete and you can get ready for your installation date, if necessary.
After you order your new home services, you’ll get an email from Allconnect with an order confirmation. Your order number and confirmation details will be in this email.
Once you have ordered your new home services, the best way to check your order status is by contacting your new provider. Many major home service providers allow you to check your order status online.
If you need help with an existing order prior to your installation date, contact Allconnect Customer Service. After your installation date, contact your new service provider, who will manage billing, service troubleshooting and more.
No, monthly bills will come straight from your service provider. Allconnect will process your initial payment to begin services, but all future payments should be made to your new service provider.
Yes, you can cancel your order, but depending on the type of order, you may need to contact your new provider directly. Each home service brand we partner with handles orders and billing differently, so we may or may not be able to cancel your order for you. Please contact us with additional questions.
How does Allconnect make shopping easier?
You can use Allconnect to switch energy providers in deregulated states. You can also compare and order internet, TV, home phone and home security services.
Allconnect is continually updating plans and pricing. The prices and plans you see are the same as what the service providers are currently offering. You are not charged any additional fees for signing up for home services through Allconnect.
