What happens after I order through Allconnect?
How do I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. At this time, your order is complete and you can get ready for your installation date, if necessary.
What if I need help with an existing order?
If you need help with an existing order prior to your installation date, contact Allconnect Customer Service. After your installation date, contact your new service provider.
Will I be getting bills from Allconnect?
No, monthly bills will come straight from your service provider. Allconnect will process your initial payment to begin services, but all future payments should be made to your new service provider.
