EarthLink is one of the more expensive providers out there, so customers have been less than satisfied with their internet prices. But depending on your location, you could have access to their fiber internet service which offers more value. EarthLink’s plans start at around $60/mo.

I called to find out why I wasn’t receiving a constant signal. He hade me restart it about 3 times. I explain that we have already done that. He then tells me we should be good. I called to find out why I wasn’t receiving a constant signal. He hade me restart it about 3 times. I explain that we have already done that. He then tells me we should be good. I interrupt him saying it’s still going on & off. He then tells me to plug it in another room. Still all the same issues. He is trying to get me off the phone by saying I helped, you have good day. I asked for cable internet. That is not what I got. They never told me it’s not. At one point I told him we need to find a fix for this. He told me “just deal with it”.I was done at that point. They also are per data charge. That was yesterday. Today I called & canceled my plan & now I’m with vyve broadband

The provider that was offered by your company should work on their equipment and business model and most of all their sales team. They offered a plan that didn’t work for me, charging me more to switch, threatening to disconnect because in 3 days I was running out of data. The provider that was offered by your company should work on their equipment and business model and most of all their sales team. They offered a plan that didn’t work for me, charging me more to switch, threatening to disconnect because in 3 days I was running out of data. Beyond frustrating getting someone to respond, being on constant holds and one representative doesn’t know what other is doing. I have never encountered such frustration with an internet provider in my life.

Was promised I could work from home. Horrible service.

Works some times. Don’t know how they came up with the advertised speeds but totally fictional. I think I am charged for attempting to connect to the internet rather than any true connection.

Slower than normal internet. Signal strength varies throughout the day.

Horrible! Took so much of my money over and over for unreliable service and so much “Data” was wasted so fast according to Earthlink.
