We run out of data quick. I’ve had to purchase more data twice and also purchase another Earthlink equipment. So now we have 2 boxes, both with 300 GB!

The service is shotty and spotty everyday all day. My Alexa/echo devices rarely are able to do what I ask and finding internet search service is rare

The service person I spoke with was very helpful. He assisted me with getting my internet service going after years of thinking I could not get internet where I live.

Service is actually NON-EXISTENT. I HAVE NO WIFI even though have paid for 3 months total of $302.25. I just set up TV over $2000 and have not been able to watch ANYTHING but a BLACK SCREEN. Even after calling & told “would have a service ticket and should resolve in few hours”. GUESS WHAT called back after 3 hours and was on HOLD…

Can’t reach customer support when it’s needed. Mostly due to when it’s used is weekend and they’re closed
