EarthLink is one of the more expensive providers out there, so customers have been less than satisfied with their internet prices. But depending on your location, you could have access to their fiber internet service which offers more value. EarthLink’s plans start at around $60/mo.

This service barely worked on a regular basis. When did it work? It was very very well. It was so close that was unable to stream, Netflix, Hulu,or any streaming platform for that matter. This service barely worked on a regular basis. When did it work? It was very very well. It was so close that was unable to stream, Netflix, Hulu,or any streaming platform for that matter. They also have an ‘unlimited plan’ in which the data caps at a certain point and you have to pay more money in order to receive more data. They do not explain this to you when you order it and there and it is very deceiving considering the package is called ‘unlimited.’

Absolutely horrible. Data caps but when I went on the website, it said there was no data caps. And then they wouldn’t let me get a refund for the data I didn’t use up

The wireless internet I have is average at best. Lose signal a couple times an hour. I have 300 Mbps that gives me slower speeds after I reach 300. My Lan started on the 3rd, it’s now the 19th and I have already at 80% of my 300. I only stream TV and Arlo cameras. When I reach 300 I am gonna get slower…

My rural area may be the cause of inconsistent high performance levels for my Internet. It seems to be very good at times. Other times sketchy.

Too costly. I have to pay because there’s a contract I can’t opt out of. I’m stuck for a year with money being thrown away on a service that is underwhelming overpriced and and under preforming. I regret this purchase.
