Xfinity customers were also satisfied with their Xfinity internet speeds. Xfinity offers plans with speeds from 75 – 6,000 Mbps, depending on your location.

Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

Xfinity is not a bad provider, make sure you are getting the correct plan as I had to call in 3 times to get things changed to unlimited. going over the limit is extremely costly. honestly every plan should be unlimited

Hard to speak to real person. Even a live agent could not resolve last problem. I wanted to review my account options, but the system kept telling me I had a pending order and could not make change to my account. They kept pushing me to upgrade my service. I had to tell them to stop

Xfinity provides excellent internet service, and I am pleased and would not change. I am however I am also pleased that I am technologically literate and can solve most issues myself because Xfinity customer service is terrible, If you can get a human on the line they are usually able to help quickly, but sometimes it seems impossible to even talk to anyone as they try to keep you using the automated system and will not transfer you. Frankly I don’t think anyone has better internet because if there was someone with good internet and good customer service I would switch immediately.

Internet speed needs to be increased

Frequent internet outages for a service that costs so much. Speeds are supposed to be 1200mbps but, with a wired connection (using the provided router and then with one I purchased myself), regularly tests at 600mbps. Speaking of the provided equipment — they will not leave me alone about retuning it.. which was done a year ago at this point….

Then there is the Customer Service program from every department from retention, tech, customer service, and finance. Xfinity had had consistanly terrible internet services with outages and faulty lines. Then there is the Customer Service program from every department from retention, tech, customer service, and finance. All of them have transferred me around in circles for weeks, making promises to adjust payments, crediting my account due to lack of service, failing to show up for tech appointments and being notified when said appointments would randomly be canceled. I am actually in the middle of getting a refund and canceling my service to change to another provider

I had spectrum for almost seven years until I moved to a different city where I was told spectrum couldn’t be used. I chose Xfinity due to their marketing and name. Xfinity is not as fast and reliable and spectrum in my opinion.
