Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

This is the WORST company for customer service. After 8 hours online attempts with virtual assistant to fix the problem, they finally allowed me to speak with an agent (again virtual) who scheduled an appointment. They came, and made a robocall to my house which my phone silenced then pulled away never coming to fix anything. I rescheduled (again with AI), promised and confirmed…
This is the WORST company for customer service. After 8 hours online attempts with virtual assistant to fix the problem, they finally allowed me to speak with an agent (again virtual) who scheduled an appointment. They came, and made a robocall to my house which my phone silenced then pulled away never coming to fix anything. I rescheduled (again with AI), promised and confirmed a 4-5 appt – no show, I went on line to say the appt was sched for tomorrow. I guarantee they won’t show tomorrow – TERRIBLE COMPANY

Two days ago, it went up again to $105 for basic internet. 1-0-5-dollars for BASIC. 2. They throttle your connection. I was lucky to get 30 Mbps download speeds. It didn’t start this way. When I started with them my speeds were around 150 Mbps, but they want those good reviews before they throttle you. 3. Their customer service is atrocious. Not because of the employees, but because of their automated system that is designed specifically to NOT help you.

First; I want all who read this to know that I was very impressed with Mario, the tech installer. He’s very pleasant in manner and appearance. For unknown reason, there was no hookup wire so Mario climbed a utility pole and installed the necessary equipment. He followed protocol with booties over shoes, etc. Before Mario left, he made sure all my questions were answered….

He followed protocol with booties over shoes, etc. Before Mario left, he made sure all my questions were answered. Experience with Xfinity itself was rocky and it took about two weeks before I could actually watch anything on TV and it was my understanding the pkg I chose would include voice. However, I’m still looking for that. Im 84 years old and partially disabled so really need access to phone as I’ve been known to fall and need assistance ASAP.

Xfinity is not reliable and if you have to call in for anything get ready to spend hours talking to out of country people who do nothing. Very unprofessional company.
