Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

Much better than my old provider. Faster speed at less cost. Easy to set up connection. Very reliable. Overall, excellent experience with Xfinity.

I recently moved. Xfinity told me to take my current equipment with me and once I hook it up it will work. That did not happen. I spent hours online with someone in the app. Finally got it working. Got the first bill and it was still listed at the old address. So I call again they say ok I can assist you with…
I recently moved. Xfinity told me to take my current equipment with me and once I hook it up it will work. That did not happen. I spent hours online with someone in the app. Finally got it working. Got the first bill and it was still listed at the old address. So I call again they say ok I can assist you with that. Yes they got the address right and it works however now it shows on the app that I have no equipment installed and when I try to activate now I get to the end and it shows something went wrong please try again. So I don’t have any of the features that app gives you because according to the app I have no equipment but I do have service. I have tried to get a technician to come out but the app will not allow that. Just keeps telling me that they can help me via chat.

We’ve had no issues with Xfinity. No outages and fast internet speeds throughout our 3 level house.

Provider service has been only satisfactory of yet. Cost has consistently gone up for electronic service and no increase In services. Cost of internet only plan is ridiculous and out of line. Currently reviewing alternative providers for switching. $90 a month for internet only is not acceptable and not even the fastest speed!
