Xfinity is a cable internet provider that is widely available throughout the U.S., with plans and pricing varying by region. Xfinity customers who took our survey were happy with Xfinity’s prices – Xfinity has an excellent plan variety with low-cost internet options. Xfinity customers were also satisfied with their Xfinity internet speeds. Xfinity offers plans with speeds from 75 – 6,000 Mbps, depending on your location.

Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

It’s down a lot and the prices will creep up on you. When you’re overcharged and call them about it, they end up “crediting” your bill and then come up with some bogus charges to take the the “credit” away.

Service upload is extremely low. I tried calling but after a question or two with their automated system that dies NOT give you the answers you need it disconnects you. Very frustrated.

Customer services awful. I read where a customer had waited for a technician at least two (2) times. I truly understand I have had the same experience. You waste your time waiting for someone that doesn’t show up or call to cancel. There is one sure thing they want their money and on time. Now, be late, that are quick to send notification of lateness. Yet instead, you are not receiving the services that you are paying for.

I have found that it is very difficult to communicate with Xfinity for practically any reason.

Xfinity Comcast is probably the best ISP in this area, but the price just keeps going up. Soon I will have to look for a new provider I can afford – I don’t want to leave Xfinity, but as a veteran on Air Force Retirement pay, I just can’t afford it. Will be sad to leave Xfinity!

There is absolutely NOT 24/7 customer service or technical support. They don’t notify customers about planned outages.

Comcast Xfinity is a great ISP, however, be ready to pay $200 a month for two tvs. They start you low, but then after the first year they crank up the price – big time! In fact, I will have to use my Google TV to watch TV because of the outlandish price – nearly $200 a month now for BASIC plan! I love my Xfinity, they offer reliable service, great customer service, and rarely have an outage. BEST ISP out there IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT!
