Often, satellite providers are the only internet option for those living in rural areas because they are available to most of the U.S.

I have (Viasat) satellite & it has a 40G limit. As soon as I pass that limit, my internet slows to a crawl.

When I first got the service I was told that it would be a locked rate and it seems like every month, I’m paying a different price. I lose service especially when it’s raining. I’m very dissatisfied.

The connection is so slow, it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried calling customer service and it didn’t help. It’s a 2 year contract that charges you $50 for every month left of the contract. This is the first month and I’ve been ready to cancel it since the first week.

Viasat is the worst internet provider. Can’t connect to anything. I would NOT recommend Viasat to anyone.

have not received my acp discount to my bill as of yet!

I have been on phone all trying to get EarthLink connect to my TV Right now I am about ready to get back on cable. The time is 8:08 pm still onhold!!

Very expensive especially for a retiree. Streaming is poor not enough.

Once you run out of GB’s there is literally no service. I carry Frontier as well so so I have another option.
