Often, satellite providers are the only internet option for those living in rural areas because they are available to most of the U.S.

I have (Viasat) satellite & it has a 40G limit. As soon as I pass that limit, my internet slows to a crawl.

When I first got the service I was told that it would be a locked rate and it seems like every month, I’m paying a different price. I lose service especially when it’s raining. I’m very dissatisfied.

Terrible customer support long wait time for repairs week signals. Techs are sub contractors little experience three repairs in one and a half months of service. I would not recommend this company in my area of the Adirondacks

Within the same week as my initial install, I was getting a dish placement error and no internet. They charged me a monthly something fee to access any repair/support services. Scam.

They keep raising the price and it is slow. My modem and the dish is 15 years old. Someone told me they are supposed to replace every 3 years.

The connection is so slow, it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried calling customer service and it didn’t help. It’s a 2 year contract that charges you $50 for every month left of the contract. This is the first month and I’ve been ready to cancel it since the first week.

Viasat is the worst internet provider. Can’t connect to anything. I would NOT recommend Viasat to anyone.
