The service is a hit and miss with quality and at times not much better than the old dial up service that was free from NetZero.

Very unreliable and slow internet connection through T-Mobile’s home internet device. Hoping a newer, faster provider moves into the area soon.

When I switched to T Mobile the service was very good. The tower was closer to our house so there was no buffering. We since moved and after repeated calls to the provider it has gotten no better. They said the Tower is 0.9 miles away and after 17:00 hrs (5:00 PM) the buffering is so bad we watch Blue Rays and DVD’s, that’s not what I pay for. If you get T Mobile make sure there’s a silver pole close to your house or apartment or your service will suck.
