Internet keeps turning off and on nonstop not to mention it literately constantly buffers and doesn’t even allow me to watch any YouTube videos, watch TV, or even play any online video games in general. Do not waste your money and time with this company. we recently got a second router from them, and its doing the same continuous issue with the first router….
Internet keeps turning off and on nonstop not to mention it literately constantly buffers and doesn’t even allow me to watch any YouTube videos, watch TV, or even play any online video games in general. Do not waste your money and time with this company. we recently got a second router from them, and its doing the same continuous issue with the first router. Not to mention customer service barley helps at all, all they say is to reset the router by turning it on and off and that still does nothing to fix the issue. It’s crazy to overprice someone for an internet connection plan that they aren’t giving us in the first place. We are currently switching to a new provider.
