I am elderly and don’t use my computer a lot. They had me hooked up at the highest, fastest rate. I called to have it decreased. After a month they put it back to the highest without telling me. Not right.

Way of life . Buffering , hacking . has since 2012 . It was explained to me in July 2023 we’ve had Y-5 all along . Really ? No one will document what we are paying for or where I can find this . Nor document the issues as far as Signal Outage . Follow up by Suggesting we get an EERO Booster* ….

The ERRO , they got fixed . My Mediacon Email , nope . You must have a cell phone . ZERO SIGNAL . The Techs must go outside into their Service Truck to connect with the Supervisors . On and on ad nauseam . Yesterday it was determined an Internal Error is amiss .. Since July 7 , 2023 this current event has been ongoing . This is Aug 2 , 2023 . *Part of the package . No extra charge ever . Then 2 years Free . Then ?? You are paying extra ??

Mediacom is one of the worst providers we could have for Internet cable etc. if there was any other provider in our area all of us in this entire area would move immediately. Both the cable and the Internet recently have gone off too many times.
