Frontier is a fiber internet provider known as a fiber provider that offers multi-gigabit speeds up to 5,000 Mbps. Frontier customers enjoy the provider’s prices, some of the cheapest amongst other fiber ISPs, but scored the provider lower regarding customer service.

Frontier has always been extremely fast and reliable. Whether it’s your initial setup or any customer services.

Switched to Frontier as Spectrum became outrageous with their price. Internet goes out without warning at least once a day, and I have to reconnect my devices to the Internet all the time. Terrible

Fronteir is the only game in town so we can not compare. Since install, service from provider has been attentive but actual streaming, we have some issues with slow speed/ intermittent down times

Excellent product but terrible service. They came to my house to “make sure” that everything in my new house worked and left their device in the garage beeping. It also took them two+ weeks to get out there. My kids were unable to do their school work during that time & I nearly lost my job as a result!

having trouble accessing local channels

I’ve called numerous times and nobody will help me with getting into my account. The bill is due and I haven’t received anything’. Mail, email, nothing. I’m about to cancel and switch providers to someone with better customer service. This is unacceptable

It took four technicians to complete my installation, so I was with poor internet service for over a month. The customer service provider was nice though. The last two technicians were also kind and professional, but it shouldn’t have taken 4 people to get my account done.
