We have only had Frontier for a few months, but couldn’t be more pleased. Coming from being a 20+ year Spectrum customer, I wish I had discovered Frontier sooner.

Now that we FINALLY have everything hooked up and running, we love it!

Service is good for the most part, but there is a lot of buffering. I am not 100% sold on Frontier just yet.

Frontier is extremely expensive at $129.99/month with an extremely slow speed of just 6 Mbps and they seem to be doing very little to improve on that.

My installer was to return when Fire Stick arrived, but after 3 calls I have not heard from him.

We have lived here for 25 years. Everytime the company got sold we stuck it out. Frontier is the worst company. We have to call at least once a month for service. It goes out everytime it rains, snows or the wind blows. They patch the lines and before they text me to say it’s fixed, it’s out again. My bill is over $110…

My bill is over $110 a month and it doesn’t work 15 hours a day. Can’t watch a hour and half movie cause there’s no wi-fi.

Internet connection consistently goes in and out. The eero router does not work well. Now I have to wait 2.5 days for a tech to look at the issue.

I have spent 3 days and hours and hours trying to speak to a customer service rep. When I finally got someone to talk to, the rep was hardly understandable…and then she hung up on me. If my husband was not a Verizon retiree I would cancel the service.

Called Customer Service regarding my internet speed, did all the steps, unplug, reset etc…Then they say we can turn to fiber, we’re like great, let’s do that!! After they checked, it’s not even offered in our area yet! I feel like it’s all a scam. Our internet was fine for a long while, then suddenly we have to call and they want to offer…

Our internet was fine for a long while, then suddenly we have to call and they want to offer us to purchase more speed or add extenders….We already have extenders and they don’t seem to help! This is so flipping frustrating!

Fantastic speeds to be expected of fiber, however reliability is suffering minorly. Not enough to even consider going back to spectrum, but moderately annoying when they only tell you to dig through their FAQ.

They acquired Verizon FIOS. Service has been OK, but has become more and more like cable.
