Frontier is a fiber internet provider known as a fiber provider that offers multi-gigabit speeds up to 5,000 Mbps. Frontier customers enjoy the provider’s prices, some of the cheapest amongst other fiber ISPs, but scored the provider lower regarding customer service.

The fiber service is fast and reliable, but if you need customer service it can frustrating. They make very difficult to talk to someone.

I am very satisfied with my Internet provider. The price is very affordable. I mainly use it for work and my son uses it for gaming while my daughter uses it for content creating and we can’t complain!

Our initial installation didn’t go very well and our speed was slow. We had an AMAZING installer come back on Monday and he was a rockstar!! He identified what needed to be done and fixed it in record time. I was ready to switch back to xfinity after the initial installers and our less than ideal speed which was far inferior…

He identified what needed to be done and fixed it in record time. I was ready to switch back to xfinity after the initial installers and our less than ideal speed which was far inferior to what we had with xfinity and what I was paying for. However, he turned it all around and made it amazing..he should get a raise!!!

I used frontier internet for 1 year.(2021) After 1 year my internet was not good so I called Frontier communication. They sent me a technician. Technician got my old router and set another router. Technician asked me for a payment type. I was surprised because Frontier already had my account in autopay but I still gave him my debit card info. Starting from 2022…
I used frontier internet for 1 year.(2021) After 1 year my internet was not good so I called Frontier communication. They sent me a technician. Technician got my old router and set another router. Technician asked me for a payment type. I was surprised because Frontier already had my account in autopay but I still gave him my debit card info. Starting from 2022 August Frontier kept double charging me but I didn’t notice until I checked autopay charges on my account. I saw that frontier is double charging me each month. I called Frontier and told them the issue and I asked for a refund. They told me that they can only refund last 2 months and it was my fault to not let them about this charges. I didn’t accepted to get last 2 payments and I asked for full refund but they didn’t accept. After this notice to Frontier they still continued to double charge me for 6 more months. Frontier also told me that their technician was not suppose to take old router but instead I was supposed to return router by mail. They also wanted to charge me 150 dollar for non returned device. I talked with my bank to stop payments but Frontier send a paper to my bank that I authorized them for payments. I closed all my Frontier accounts. I cancelled service and I changed my debit card info to get rid of Frontier. Totally scam company. Anyone can reach out to me I have proof.

Our service was suspended without warning because I didn’t pay the bill that I never received or notified by text or email. Customer service couldn’t do anything but make us wait for service within 24hrs cost me to lose 2 days of working from home.

Overpriced for poor connection speeds. Support would not advise of connection details before tech was on site. Terms and conditions specify they do not guarantee you will be able to connect to any web services or what connection speeds you can expect. Service maxes out at 3mb/s and typically performs worse.

Efficient and competent install. New equipment and accessible location. Whole house (2500sq ft) reception and no problems. Couldn’t ask for any smoother install or better handling of our order.
