We have only had Frontier for a few months, but couldn’t be more pleased. Coming from being a 20+ year Spectrum customer, I wish I had discovered Frontier sooner.

Now that we FINALLY have everything hooked up and running, we love it!

Service is good for the most part, but there is a lot of buffering. I am not 100% sold on Frontier just yet.

Steady price creep. Every year, without fail, the price goes up about $10. I signed on with Frontier about 7 years ago with a rate of $39/month. I’m now being billed over $90 for the same plan, same service.

The price was different than the one I bought, so I had fill a claim, after that, they fixed it.

So far so good, I really hope you don’t raise up the monthly fee without any notice

Nightly packetloss with zero help from tech support. Weekly outages sometimes lasting ALL day.

Frontier is extremely expensive at $129.99/month with an extremely slow speed of just 6 Mbps and they seem to be doing very little to improve on that.

My installer was to return when Fire Stick arrived, but after 3 calls I have not heard from him.

We have lived here for 25 years. Everytime the company got sold we stuck it out. Frontier is the worst company. We have to call at least once a month for service. It goes out everytime it rains, snows or the wind blows. They patch the lines and before they text me to say it’s fixed, it’s out again. My bill is over $110…

My bill is over $110 a month and it doesn’t work 15 hours a day. Can’t watch a hour and half movie cause there’s no wi-fi.

Internet connection consistently goes in and out. The eero router does not work well. Now I have to wait 2.5 days for a tech to look at the issue.

I have spent 3 days and hours and hours trying to speak to a customer service rep. When I finally got someone to talk to, the rep was hardly understandable…and then she hung up on me. If my husband was not a Verizon retiree I would cancel the service.
