I called numerous times to get service rep to come and check my service but they could never make this happen. You can’t talk to a person, you can only communicate with a chat. I have canceled my service at one house and will cancel the service at this house as soon as I have time to research it.

after talking to the lady on the phone and confirming what plan i would be buying, she told me my plan was the 395 mbps, which i understand will be slower but im getting 10mbps. unacceptable. after checking my plan on the app, i was not signed up for 395 mbps, in fact that wasn’t an option. so i had to switch my plan…

Best price by far. Customer service is excellent. I’ve only had to call them 2 times in the last 6 years, one time was when I just moved, the other was when I inadvertently disconnected the power supply wire and didn’t know it. They came out the next day and fixed it for free.

No local office: the building is there, but staff are non-existent. We have had two outages in the past 24 days. The first one lasted two days. We are not happy with this company, but no other reasonable options exist.

We have issues, tried callling them and was told they wont help, we are moving soon and will never use them again.

Century link doesn’t even have/is able to provide decent internet speeds and services in this area, I can’t even get Netflix titles to play without lagging, websites won’t load on my phone, and forget video games. I get 2mbps , and they can’t provide anything faster.

They’re not easy to contact. Their pricing is too high. Their customer service representatives are good, but the company itself is not easy to work with. Lots of IT type errors setting up internet at my new place.
