We live rural and have no access to fiber while 2 miles away the local high school has actual high speed internet. We cannot keep a consistent connection. If more than one user is on, it’s problematic.

The only CenturyLink internet plan in my complex is 100gigbits. It’s about as terrible as you can imagine. I’m already considering that as a reason to move when my lease is up.

I was told that I could get it cheaper if I filled out their paper for lower cost that the Goverment has stated. Before I moved my internet was free. It is long enough I should heard something other than billing told me.

If I could choose another provider I would. I pay for good internet but it has NEVER been the amounts I pay for. The only time it hits those speeds is for 30 minutes after I call their horrible customer service to complain about my speeds.
