with this new system and billing, customer service is truly horrible…been on phone waiting for 1/2 hour…online chat computer couldn’t answer my question….really bad service!!!!

They forced me to get streaming services. Now the streaming service freezes, or buffers every 30 seconds. I call. They fix it temporarily and then they suggest I increase my speed. I’m on a fixed income. I already pay $225 for their crappy service. How much more do they want to take advantage of disabled people?

I was on the Affordable Connectivity Program and under that plan Buckeye gave me unlimited internet. Now… for the same plan, they want $120 a month. These pirates are gouging low income senior citizens and effectively blocking them from affordable internet connection. PROFIT OVER PEOPLE!
