Brightspeed internet keeps going in and out and the download is slow and uploading is real slow. I have to keep rebooting the router at least once a month.

It’s one to say we are installing better hardware to increase my download of 6Mbs of which I have been paying for 10Mbs since Embarq owned it. But no we’re still having issues. I’m looking across my street to a 70 home development that was built over 10 years ago and they have a fiber box leading into their area. What’s the problem with helping the other 200 homes surrounding it? That’s what I’m upset about. Been told it was coming…..lip service. Ed Wilkinson – customer Chandler, Texas

I’m not happy with the speed of my Internet and I pay quite a bit for my service, at $75 a month I shouldn’t have any problems.

The reliability is horrendous. Almost every day the service is on and off all day, a few minutes on, then a few minutes off. All day. Every now and then a whole day will go by and it won’t go out, but it’s pretty rare.
