Brightspeed internet keeps going in and out and the download is slow and uploading is real slow. I have to keep rebooting the router at least once a month.

With that being said, the tech they sent to my home after my move was terrific. Kind and so helpful! I would keep the service just because he was so amazing.

Bad internet, goes on and off all day. Cannot have TV and computer on at same time. Now it goes off at 8:30 pm EVERY NIGHT! And stays off till late morning. Tech Support says our internet shows to be fine…REALLY? Where is my service? Doesn’t anyone there know or care to fix our problem!!!

It’s OK, sometimes it’s a little slow, but I think I’m going to look for a cheaper service

Love Brightspeed so far. I pay for 1GB and get just under 500Mbps right now which is typical for these companies. Have only had one outage so far. They seem to be decent and setup was a breeze,

Brightspeed is the only provider in my area. They promise fast speeds of up to 100mbps. I have had this service for 15 years and i have never seen it get to 10. I worked from home until this disaster and they do not offer any other option.
