Breezeline is a cable internet provider that offers plans with speeds from 100 – 1,000 Mbps, with affordable pricing. Breezeline customers were reasonably satisfied with their service, but the provider scored slightly below average when it came to speed, price, reliability and customer service.

Breezeline costs more than double what TMobile charges for internet. So we’re leaving. I called to see if they could match it but they refused.

Internet is choppy AT BEST, and likely due to the terrible router, but did not purchase my own to verify.

I’ve had cable/satellite service since 1984. This is the worst service I ever had. Their android modem and TV Wi-Fi boxes are trash. Service goes in and out constantly and they won’t fix it.

I was quoted $20 a month by the sales person, then after a couple months I got a bill for $45, I called they told me that was just promotional but they could ass another promotion, the next month i got a bill for $55, I could have and would have stayed with the previous company has they been honest about pricing.

Customer service of Breezeline is terrible. They continue to charge for services not providided. Charges seem to come every 2 weeks wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Very overpriced, goes in and out constantly
