Looking for your order status?
The Order Status section provides status updates regarding your order for services that have not yet been completed. Your order, specifically each service within your order, may have varying status before it is confirmed:
In Progress - An order may show "In Progress" while we are scheduling and confirming the dates and details of your order with the Provider.
Action Required - If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email and/or phone with instructions to remedy the problem. Furthermore, you can speak to a relocation expert to help with your order.
Confirmed - Typically, we receive "Confirmed" status from the Provider within 48 hours of placing your order. Once Confirmed, the reported start dates and details of your service are the most accurate. Alternately, in the unfortunate event that a service can not be confirmed due to information supplied by the provider, that service may show a status of Cancelled.
If your Order Status is not yet "confirmed" and your have questions regarding your order, you can call our automated system at 1-800-255-2666. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do email us, please include your customer number in the email so that we can locate your account. We also have a "Click to Call" link from Allconnect.com which enables us to call you directly at a convenient time that you choose during our customer service hours of operation. Our customer service representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday 6 AM to 10 PM EST and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM EST.
