AT&T scores a bit lower in the customer service and price categories, but its fiber plans offer great value for the cost.

I have a ring doorbell 2.5g and the new internet is not compatible because it’s 5g. So I now have to buy another one.

Service transfer was simple. Need to dial back on the fishy sales tactics for adt security however.

ATT internet is totally unsatisfactory. Our service is unreliable, bounces constantly and is slow and undependable.

Service tech finally came out and he said he didn’t know how I even had any signal because wire had been cut 3 months ago due to a car wreck. But hey they gave me a refund for 6 days.

We have AT&T. I feel that as seniors, we could be provided this service at a reduced cost. It’s not as if we are having a labor cost added each month. It is for tv, and internet. Not a multi level business at this house.
