I feel like I have dial-up internet, it is so slow. Price is better than other companies, but is still too high.

They’re not easy to contact. Their pricing is too high. Their customer service representatives are good, but the company itself is not easy to work with. Lots of IT type errors setting up internet at my new place.

I have been with Centurylink for many many years 10+ years and I just love the fast reliable service and their willingness to help go above and beyond. Just an Outstanding service provider with No contract you will not need to look any further than a number 1 service provider.

I cannot have my home phone and internet separately billed due to the bundling pack. I would like to omit my home phone altogether and go only on cell phone .

Centurylink has been good bye only drawback is that the last two years I have had to have a tech come out to visit and plug in my connection at the major box. It seems like after a seasonal break when our electricity has been turned off, a tech had unplugged our connection at the box down the street. So when er get here. I wcdo not have our service up and running like they say it should be. So then we have to call and get an appointment with a tech to come out and check out lines. Scheduling the appt usually is 7-10 days out. So then we have no service for at least 7-10 days although we’re stuck paying for it.

We live rural and have no access to fiber while 2 miles away the local high school has actual high speed internet. We cannot keep a consistent connection. If more than one user is on, it’s problematic.
