Constant outages in Wisconsin. For some reason, created second account, bumped me off of an autopay and then charged me late fee. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Were not able to assist or solve with account issues. During account termination, instead of ending the service tried to sell a bunch of stuff. I advice tostay away from them.

Cox offers different prices for the same speed to different customers. It was discussed on NextDoor. How can some people pay $40 and another $60 for the same speeds.

Very unreliable and spotty internet. There’s no way I can take a work call from home because I would lose connection multiple times during the call.
