Frontier is a fiber internet provider known as a fiber provider that offers multi-gigabit speeds up to 5,000 Mbps. Frontier customers enjoy the provider’s prices, some of the cheapest amongst other fiber ISPs, but scored the provider lower regarding customer service.

Efficient and competent install. New equipment and accessible location. Whole house (2500sq ft) reception and no problems. Couldn’t ask for any smoother install or better handling of our order.

Just switched to Frontier so too early for significant feedback. I will say there is absolute overkill with emails.

Internet service is great—speaking to a “real” person not so great.

You worked good for a while and then I didn’t have Internet for five days. They kept scheduling appointment. The technician never showed up something wrong in the box at the streets. I canceled my service.

So far very good. Instal was quick and fairly easy. Only had for a short time so will have to see after a few months and a storm or two. So far only draw back is the cable . Haven’t been notified as to when it will be buried. Worried that our lawn guy or his people will cut it while mowing.

Switched to Frontier as Spectrum became outrageous with their price. Internet goes out without warning at least once a day, and I have to reconnect my devices to the Internet all the time. Terrible

Frontier has changed and for the better

Fronteir is the only game in town so we can not compare. Since install, service from provider has been attentive but actual streaming, we have some issues with slow speed/ intermittent down times
