We have repeated outages and it’s very hard to talk to a live person and get it resolved.

I am elderly and don’t use my computer a lot. They had me hooked up at the highest, fastest rate. I called to have it decreased. After a month they put it back to the highest without telling me. Not right.

My only complaint was the basic cable package doesn’t have much to offer. Would be cool if they had included ESPN

Overall I don’t have a problem with mediacom in terms of service. However, their packaging is awful, forcing people to pay for house phone they don’t need and tiers of internet as well. We were forced to pay $288 per month for basic TV, 300 MB internet and phone (which we don’t want). There aren’t any alternatives where I live so…

Mediacom internet is absolutely terrible. I work from home and have learned that I need to have my phone hot spot ready to go all the time for when our internet drops completely.
