we had AT&T hotspot it was horrible lost internet connection most of all day everyday i went from $85 to $150 WHY no explanation now we have T Mobile and its working great SO FAR SO GOOD happy with the change over costs way less per month and better service.

I had only one issue since having the service and when I called customer service she was very helpful and patient while getting my service restored. The price is also better

Horrible customer service. Setup plan online. Never provided T-Mobile ID. Called multiple times and spent hours trying to obtain ID and web login. Days later still no access.
