My service was pretty good when I first stared my account but now I am having many breakdowns in my service and spotty support. In the beginning it was great. I wish to maintain my service but it seems unable to keep up with basic service!!! I wanted to upgrade to get fiber optic service but I don’t have a lot of hope that I can get my needs resolved. I think it is possible for these issues to be achieved but I would like to see real results.

Thankfully I’m proud to say I haven’t had any issues and I highly recommend this ISP to others.

Very limited in high-speed providers at my address. Currently it is a DSL connection and was fairly decent for the first 6 weeks. Then started hanging, loss connection, and then very limited (nonexistent actually) service connection. It took several days for a tech to correct problem by installing a new router.

Courteous customer service people, but poor follow through with repairs. I’ve spoken with their customer service department because Windstream has begun dropping internet service around 8:30 in the evening and not restoring until somewhere around that time the following morning. Customer service insisted I take a day of vacation to stay home and wait for a tech to come and check my outside lines. I finally convinced him to get the tech out first and if it were necessary, I’d take the vacation day for inside maintenance. I don’t know if they’ve begun doing maintenance during the nighttime hours that is impacting my service or if there is some type of electrical interference in the area that is occurring at the same time. Either way, reliable internet service would be welcome.

Gig speed for download AND upload is great for video calls; Zoom for example. I used another services for a brief time that has high speed downloads but slower upload speeds. There was a very noticeable difference!

Kinetic by Windstream has met all my needs so far, and the price is good for now. Just wish they had a faster service available in LaGrange.

DSL is very slow. We pay for 10-15 mbps but on a speed test are only getting 4 download and .5 upload.

Drops all the time. If there’s rain, there isn’t WIFI. Just not a good service.

Very spotty connection. semi-decent speed only half the time.

They installed the equipment quickly and efficiently. There have been a couple of issues with payment but that got sorted quickly.

they keep raising the price and I don’t know how they expect seniors on a low fixed income to afford it.
