Xfinity customers who took our survey were happy with Xfinity’s prices – Xfinity has an excellent plan variety with low-cost internet options. Xfinity customers were also satisfied with their Xfinity internet speeds. Xfinity offers plans with speeds from 75 – 6,000 Mbps, depending on your location.

Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

For my internet I pay way too much. It’s so expensive me being on a fix income plus I am disabled. Why can’t they give us disabled and seniors some kind of deal

Xfinity was truly a last choice. I’ve known about their shady tactics, quiet price increases, random outages, selling of customer data, lobbying against consumer protections, and nonexistent customer support for ages now. But, Sonic isn’t available in my new neighborhood yet so I’ve opted to go with the devil I know until I can jump ship to sonic. ESPECIALLY after the gauntlet and 3!…
Xfinity was truly a last choice. I’ve known about their shady tactics, quiet price increases, random outages, selling of customer data, lobbying against consumer protections, and nonexistent customer support for ages now. But, Sonic isn’t available in my new neighborhood yet so I’ve opted to go with the devil I know until I can jump ship to sonic. ESPECIALLY after the gauntlet and 3! Hours it took to cancel my old AT&T service. If you have alternatives, avoid xfinity like the plague.
