Account Overview

Looking for your order status? Do you need to update your email address? Login to Your Account to do these tasks and much more:

You can access Your Account from any page of the Allconnect ® website. Just look in the top right hand corner of the screen and Login with your username and password if you are a registered user. If you forgot your password, get help here. If you are already logged in, the Your Account link will take you directly to a personalized menu for your account.

If you are a new user to the Allconnect ® website, creating an account is simple and essential for placing an order. Please take a moment and create an account.


Update Your Personal Info

The Personal Information section of Your Account contains your personal profile information that may be required to connect services, your password information, and email preferences. You can update the following entries at any time in the Personal Information section:

  • Your Name - Required for connecting services
  • New Service Address - The address that you are moving to and will be connecting services for.
  • Previous Address - The address that you are moving from.
  • Email Address - We'll use this email address to contact you regarding your order. This email address will be used in conjunction with a password to access Your Account at Allconnect.com. You can modify this email address if needed.
  • Password - This password is required to login to Your Account at Allconnect.com. You can change your password at your convenience.
  • Security Question & Answer - If you forget your password, we'll use this security question and answer to verify your identity prior to accessing Your Account.
  • Email Settings - Allconnect ® often has exclusive offers, discounts, and information from our partners that we can share with you via email if you decide to receive our email newsletters. You can also choose to receive these offers via postal service.

Don't forget to "Save Changes" at the bottom of the Personal Information page each time you make changes!


Check Order Status

The Order Status section provides status updates regarding your order for services that have not yet been completed. Your order, specifically each service within your order, may have varying status before it is confirmed:

In Progress - An order may show "In Progress" while we are scheduling and confirming the dates and details of your order with the Provider.
Action Required - If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email and/or phone with instructions to remedy the problem. Furthermore, you can speak to a relocation expert to help with your order.
Confirmed - Typically, we receive "Confirmed" status from the Provider within 48 hours of placing your order. Once Confirmed, the reported start dates and details of your service are the most accurate.
Alternately, in the unfortunate event that a service can not be confirmed due to information supplied by the provider, that service may show a status of Cancelled.


View Your Order History

The Order History section has a summary of any orders that you purchased and completed in the last 60 days. You can quickly reference a specific plan and order information such as:

  • Order Number
  • Service Plan Title (with link to Details page of that Plan)
  • Preferred Start Date
  • Optional Features and Installation Preferences (when applicable)
  • Order Notes (when applicable)

View Your Saved Services

Not ready to check out immediately? The Saved Items for Later section allows you to save various plans for future consideration without including them in your shopping cart for immediate purchase. As you are shopping for services, remember that items will remain in your shopping cart for a maximum of 30 days from the day that you added them. If you want to save the services for later purchase, you can use the "Save for later" link when viewing your Shopping Cart contents and these saved services will be permanently accessible in Your Account. From here, you can remove or change these saved plans at any time.
