I feel like I have dial-up internet, it is so slow. Price is better than other companies, but is still too high.

My service with CenturyLink is terrible. I work out of my home and the internet service goes down frequently, especially on weekends! The phone service was also going down quite often, but that seems to have gotten a little better over the last month or so. I’ve had to made frequent calls for months; it seemed like every other week I was trying to get my service back up and running. It’s gone out so much and unexpectedly that important emails got dropped and never completed transaction or costing me business. I also haven’t been compensated for most of the lost service time I’ve lost and yet still I’m paying for, and it’s their “fastest” internet speed. The internet service has gotten so bad that I’ve had to get another Internet Service, Hughesnet, to use as a backup service and to share with my devices for internet. It’s not much better, but it seems that both services are out or I have to keep switching back and forth between the two. It’s costly, I’m stuck with a Hughesnet contract on top of CenturyLink because the service is so bad. The customer service people are always very pleasant once you can finally get in touch with one of them after trying to navigate through all of the automated crap; they do appear to try to resolve the problems.

I have used for 8 yrs. No discounts offered. Bad service. I am disabled but climb on your roof from your wheelchair to get a piece off or you will be charged 100.00. Never recommend nor use ever again

CenturyLink is the worst internet provider in all areas bar none and their customer service is inferior as well – for example it takes them almost 3 months to hook you back up to the internet! – that’s insane!

Service has been ridiculously slow. We have had to restart the modem way too many times. We pay way too much for the service I am receiving
