The customer service is bad.

I had a great experience with Xfinity until recently. The internet has slowed down massively in the last week! Whenever I check online it says speeds are normal, but my phone is way faster when it’s on data.

Moving my internet to my new rental was beyond easy. My only complaint is the slow down and sometimes spotty service both in internet and phone (they provide my mobile) in my small town. It’s that way with ALL the internet providers in the area and Xfinity is the best provider here.
