We had several different people telling me something different each time I called with a problem or concern. Finally a wonderful lady named Melissa fixed everything. She … understood my concerns and explained everything to me. I even got a new phone at very little cost.

Upon the initial installation of our internet service, we encountered significant challenges. The connectivity proved to be highly unreliable, frequently disconnecting without warning. Despite the replacement of both the router and modem, the problem persisted. We are immensely grateful for the technician’s exceptional service, particularly noting his professionalism, expertise, and amiable demeanor.

Our monthly bill is supposed to be $60/mo, but over the past 4 months, it has varied between $80 and $140 per month, so very inconsistent. Customer service is not able to give us an explanation for the inconsistencies or a reason why it hasn’t been $60/mo., what we signed up for.
