Great people and service.

We live in a new neighborhood and no other internet service would come to our home to connect us until we contacted Sparklight. They were out a few days later to connect us. We have 1 Gig service for a very reasonable price. I work from home so needed reliable service to connect over the entire U.S. Sparklight provided that for me.

The inability of being able to speak to an agent when service is out is null.
