Delaware internet customer reviews
Explore real customer reviews from some of Delaware’s top internet providers to help narrow down the best option for you.
As a long-standing Verizon customer it’s hard to swallow that every time I turn around my bill increases. Even though I was just switching location my bill increased with them stating the plan I had is no longer available and the new pricing is for basically the exact services.

Not happy with speed of internet and cost was a lot more than anticipated with channels not that great and guide is horrible and remote is way too hard to push buttons have to push hard with fingernail so don’t hit other keys.
2/5
Overall I don’t have a problem with Mediacom in terms of service. We were forced to pay $288 per month for basic TV, 300 MB internet and phone (which we don’t want). There aren’t any alternatives where I live so I’m now paying $118 per month for 1GB internet (which I didn’t need but there are no choices) and a phone (which I don’t need)… I cannot wait until another alternative becomes available. I almost feel sorry for the folks that work for the company, because, for the most part, customer service is good.
