In an effort to fight the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the MLB has delayed the start of the 2020 regular season. We’ll continue to update this page as more information is announced.

The Cincinnati Reds compete in the National League’s Central Division. The team has won the World Series five times.

The franchise began life as the Cincinnati Red Stockings back in 1882 before becoming the Reds in 1890. There was also a brief stint between 1954 and 1958 when the team was known as the Cincinnati Redlegs.

The Reds are one of only seven MLB franchises to have won consecutive World Series, achieving the feat in 1974 and 1975. However, it has now gone 30 years without a World Series title, winning its most recent in 1990.

FOX Sports Ohio broadcasts Cincinnati Reds games.
