How to pay your Suddenlink bill

Suddenlink gives you multiple ways to pay your bill. These options include:

  • Sign in to My Account and use a credit card, debit card or checking account to make a one-time payment
  • Call 1.888.822.5151 to make a payment over the phone using a check or credit card from MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover
  • Make a payment in person at the nearest Suddenlink store using the store finder
  • Mail a check or money order with your payment stub to the address found on your bill. If you do not have your bill, you can send payment to Suddenlink Communications, PO Box 742535, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2535. North Carolina residents should send their payment to P.O. Box 742698, Cincinnati, OH, 45274-2698.

Alternatively, you can sign up for EZ Pay to have your balance paid automatically each month using the payment method of your choice. In the My Account dashboard, select Set up Automated payments to get started.
