Username: If you forget your username, click the “Forgot Username” link. You will then have to either input the email address associated with your account or both your account number and access code (PIN). You can find your account number and access code on the upper left corner of your bill.
Password: If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link when signing into your account. Click “Get security question” and answer the security question that you made when you first created your account.
If you do not know your account number, access code (PIN) or security question, you will need to call Customer Service.
How to return your Suddenlink equipment
If you need to return your Suddenlink equipment, all you need to do is follow three simple steps.
- Disconnect your equipment: Put all the equipment you want to return, including remotes and power cords, in a box. You will need to include a copy of your Suddenlink bill in the box. Alternatively, you can write down your name, street address, state, ZIP code and account number on a piece of paper.
- Print and attach your pre-paid return label: Fill out a return shipping label, print out the label(s) and then attach one label per box.
Ship your package: Drop your box off at any authorized FedEx location. You will need a receipt for your shipment for proof of mailing so do not use a FedEx dropbox.
