Your Order Overview

Check Order Status

You can check on the status of your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at https://www.allconnect.com/searchOrder. Your order, specifically each service within your order, may have varying status before it is confirmed:

  • In Progress - An order may show "In Progress" while we are scheduling and confirming the dates and details of your order with the Provider.
  • Action Required - If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email and/or phone with instructions to remedy the problem. Furthermore, you can speak to a relocation expert to help with your order.
  • Confirmed - Typically, we receive "Confirmed" status from the Provider within 48 hours of placing your order. Once Confirmed, the reported start dates and details of your service are the most accurate.

Alternately, in the unfortunate event that a service can not be confirmed due to information supplied by the provider, that service may show a status of Cancelled.

Change or Cancel an Order

Each of our providers has independent operations to fulfill your new service request and handle customer service only after your order is confirmed or installed. If your order status is not yet "confirmed," speak to a live Allconnect® customer service representative by entering your phone number in the window below. If your order status is already "confirmed," you will have to contact your service provider directly.

If you are having maintenance issues with your internet, TV, etc. service, or wish to cancel your service altogether, the best thing to do is to contact your service provider by visiting their website or giving them a call.
