Verizon iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max deal
Maximum savings: $1,350
- $350 off: Choose monthly phone payments and activate the phone with a new Above, Beyond, Do, Play or Get Unlimited plan
- $150 Verizon gift card: Add any smartphone over $550 with monthly payments and open a new unlimited line
- Up to $850: Trade in an eligible phone and open a new unlimited line
This Verizon iPhone 11 Pro deal is one of the best you’ll find right now with any cellphone carrier. As always, new customers will get a better deal, but current Verizon users can still shave a lot off the sticker price.
You’ll get $350 off the retail price just for choosing monthly device payments on a new unlimited line, and another $150 gift card for switching to Verizon. The trade-in value is where savings will diverge for most people.
Verizon advertises $850 off, but this is only for newer trade-ins — the iPhone 8 and up for Apple devices — and you’ll have to open a new unlimited line that’s $80/mo. or more. If you have an older phone or you’re already with Verizon, your trade-in savings will be more in the $300-$600 range.
Verizon iPhone 11 deal
Maximum savings: $0
- No current deals
Unfortunately, there are no Verizon iPhone 11 deals available right now. You’ll have to pay the full retail price of $699.99 upfront or choose 24 monthly payments of $29.16. If this is the phone your heart is set on, AT&T is currently offering it to new customers who open an unlimited line for just $350. Of course, you’ll have to pay it off in 30 monthly installments of $11.67.
Verizon iPhone SE (2020) deal
Maximum savings: $280
- $5/mo. for 24 months for new 64GB iPhone SE
- Online only
If you’re looking for the very cheapest iPhone prices, it’s hard to beat this Verizon deal for the iPhone SE. You’ll get $280 knocked off the $400 sticker price when you add a new line on an unlimited plan. If you decide to leave Verizon before the two years is up, you’ll have to pay the full price of the phone.
Verizon iPhone XS deal
Maximum savings: $1,000
- $300 off: Add iPhone XS as a new line or upgrade with monthly payments
- $150 Verizon gift card: Add any smartphone over $550 with monthly payments and open a new unlimited line
- Up to $550: Trade in an eligible phone and open a new unlimited line
You can get the $1,250 iPhone XS 512 GB almost entirely for free when you open a new line with Verizon and trade in an eligible phone. Like all of Verizon’s trade-in deals, you’ll save more if your phone was made in the past couple years and you open a pricier unlimited line.
This deal is also unique in that most of the savings apply to existing Verizon customers, too. You can save $300 even if you’re already with Verizon when you choose monthly payments, and trade-in credits top out at $250.
Verizon iPhone XR deal
Maximum savings: $300
- $150 off: Add iPhone XR on a new Above, Beyond, Do, Play or Get Unlimited line and choose monthly payments
- $150 Verizon gift card: Switch to Verizon and add any smartphone over $550 with monthly payments
When you switch to Verizon from another wireless carrier and open a new unlimited line, you can get the $600 iPhone XR for half price. $150 of that will be credited to your monthly bill, while you’ll get the other $150 all at once in the form of a Verizon gift card.
Verizon iPhone 7 deal
Maximum savings: $350
- Free with new line
This is one of the most straightforward phone deals you’ll find with any cellphone carrier — Open a new line, get a free iPhone 7. Like all Verizon phone deals, the credits are applied over two years. If you leave early, you’ll have to pay the remaining balance.
Verizon iPhone prices
No matter which Verizon iPhone deal you go with, you’ll have to commit to a two-year contract to get the most savings — the same as T-Mobile. And when you do, the phone will represent just a fraction of your monthly bill. Here’s how much you’ll pay for the Play More Unlimited plan — at $80/mo., the cheapest plan that gets you these deals — plus your new phone.
Phone | Retail price | 24-month contract price | Plan + phone payments** |
iPhone 11 Pro Max | $1,100 | $31.25/mo.* | $111.25/mo. |
iPhone 11 Pro | $1,000 | $27.08/mo.* | $107.08/mo. |
iPhone XS | $900 | $37.49/mo. | $117.49/mo. |
iPhone 11 | $700 | $29.16/mo. | $109.16/mo. |
iPhone XR | $600 | $18.74/mo.* | $98.74/mo. |
iPhone SE (2020) | $400 | $5/mo.* | $85/mo. |
iPhone 7 | $350 | $0/mo.* | $80/mo. |

Pricing per month plus taxes for length of contract. Additional fees and terms may apply. Pricing varies by location and availability. All prices subject to change at any time. May or may not be available based on service address. As of 08/21/20.
Overall, these prices are about $100 cheaper per phone on average than you’d get through T-Mobile. But if you’re looking for the very best iPhone deals, you’ll save the most through AT&T. The carrier currently has the iPhone 11, iPhone XS and iPhone XR on sale for less than $350 for new customers — more than half off in many cases. If you want to switch to another carrier after paying off your phone with Verizon, the unlocking process is pretty straightforward.
