Looking for something new to watch? Google is playing matchmaker.
If you’re like the rest of America, you’re juggling up to four different streaming subscriptions and typically at a loss as to what you should watch next. Enter Google’s brand new content recommendation tool that you can personalize and optimize, just by putting in a few of your favorite shows.

When you search “What to watch” or “Good shows to watch” on your mobile device, Google will automatically launch the recommendation feature.
Select the streaming services you’re subscribed to so Google can see everything that’s available.
Click the “Start” button in the “Top picks for you” carousel to swipe left or right on some popular TV shows and movies you may already know. The more you swipe, the better Google’s recommendations.
If you’re in the mood for something specific — a true-crime documentary on a notorious killer, for example — there’s a search function to filter through your options and make them easily skimmable.
When you find something you like, view each of your services where it’s available for rental or free streaming.
The app officially launches today, so get out your phone, check out the new feature and wave goodbye for good to movie nights filled with endless scrolling.
