Spectrum, a Charter Communications company, revamped its internet, mobile and TV pricing and speed tiers.

This includes a 500 Mbps Spectrum Internet plan starting at $30/mo. and the 1 Gig plan starting at $40/mo. when bundled with two lines of Spectrum’s fastest mobile and/or video service. The prices are guaranteed for up to three years.

All current Spectrum Internet and Spectrum Internet Ultra customers will have their speeds automatically increased for free to 400 Mbps and 600 Mbps, respectively.

Providing cable service to parts of 41 states, Spectrum shared in their press release that they also pledge to:

  • Fix any service disruptions quickly, including dispatching a technician the same day if the customer requests it prior to 5 p.m.
  • If a neighborhood experiences an outage that lasts more than two hours, Spectrum agents will offer a credit for the full day.

Spectrum changed the pricing tiers to whole dollar amounts, which include taxes and fees. There are also no annual contracts on any residential service.
