When we talk about Internet packages, we are referring to a bundle that combines any two or more of the following services:

  • High speed internet connection
  • Cable or satellite television
  • Telephone
  • Cell phone

Most DSL, cable, and fiber optics Internet providers offer at least three of the services - AT&T and Verizon are two companies that offer Internet packages that can include wireless cell phone service, too.

Consider Your Internet Service Bundle Needs

First, consider your needs. Not all Internet packages are the same. For example, a broadband cable Internet connection will provide faster download speeds if you frequently download large files or view streaming video.

Also, keep in mind which services you need. Some people save money by not subscribing to cable television at all, or using their cell phones instead of a land-line television service. You can still get savings with a bundle that includes only two out of three services. Even if you save more (per service) with a "triple play", it?s not savings if you're paying for a service you don't need.

Compare Prices

Once you've pinpointed what you need, use Allconnect to compare prices on the Internet packages available in your neighborhood. You can schedule an appointment to connect your service, free of charge, online, and know that you're getting the best prices available with no haggling.
