Since joining Allconnect in 2006, Gene Ellis has managed Allconnect's overall financial operations. Ellis's experience includes serving as CFO of three publicly traded companies and leading two of them through successful IPOs. He was instrumental in the dramatic growth and transformation of a small, Atlanta-based business services firm into PRG-Schultz International, a publicly traded company operating in 40 countries with 2,800 employees and $350 million in revenues. Earlier in his career, Ellis was involved in numerous debt and equity financings, business acquisitions, and audits with Deloitte and Ernst & Young. He is a CPA and earned a B.B.A. at Georgia State University.
