David Wilson leads the overall legal function of Allconnect. Though he serves as a legal resource for all areas of the company, Wilson concentrates on providing legal input and support for commercial contracting; regulatory, privacy and data security; and deal structure. Wilson, who has been practicing law since 1995, has considerable experience working with utilities and other service providers. Before coming to Allconnect, he spent six years as an attorney in the Telecommunications and Technology Practice Group at Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta. Wilson earned a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Michigan and holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond, where he served on the Law Review.
