With the fall weather fast approaching, Allconnect would like to thank all our employees for their hard work, determination and commitment to helping customers with their home services. Sept. 5 – Ms. Tasha Wolfgang wanted Judy Taafuli’s Supervisor and Allconnect to know “Judy is phenomal and extremely personable. Her personality is great and I think very highly of her. Ms. Judy and her ability to take the technical terms out of the conversation and speak to people in ways they can understand is so appreciated. She is a very rare find.”
Sept. 6 - Sidney Williams stated that Reagan Daubney was a joy to work with and was extremely professional. She works with customers everyday and understands how people are quick to complain but don’t take out the time to share the positives so she wanted to let it been known that she was very pleased with her Allconnect experience today!
Sept. 6 – Mr. Kidd stated Alexis Mundt was “great and deserved a raise or promotion for the job she did with him.” Mr. Kid stated he thought this Consumers Energy call “was going to be a nightmare, but Alexis made it all good.”
Sept. 6 – Simbaneke Stroud received an excellent customer comment, commending her on her professionalism and patience.
Sept. 6 - Mrs. Gardner stated that Shaan Jones did a lovely job helping her set up her home services. She was quite frustrated and said that Shaan turned her lemons into lemonade!
Sept. 6 - Ms. Cluff wanted Allconnect to know that “Alexis Mundt was incredibly helpful.” Ms. Cluff stated “Alexis went out of her way making her complicated situation that much better” and that “Alexis was absolutely wonderful, we have a gem working for us.”
Sept. 7 – Jana Miller called with a very strange issue that Kenneth Charette was able to help her with. Jana wanted Kenneth to know that he deserves two gold stars for doing such a fabulous job.
Sept. 7 – Ms. Jones requested that we be told that she thought Ms. Judy was a blessing sent from Heaven. She had been transferred to four different people and with the recent hurricane Issac it caused a lot of issues and she was glad that someone knew what they were doing and completed the order she placed for her son.
Sept. 14 – Here is what our customer Clemon Evans had to say about Amanda Hubbard! “Initially when my order was placed some of the information was mistaken, and when I spoke to Amanda she was so honest and upfront. She took me through the order process step by step and explained things to me in a way that I understood. Amanda was able to get me everything I wanted!”
Sept. 18 – Simbaneke Stroud received an excellent customer comment, from Ms. Maas. In a glowing review, Ms. Maas said, “ She Loves Kelly, She’s a Doll, She needs the Gold Medal, and She’s a Star!!!!”
Sept. 24 – Max Regegs had this to say about Judy Taafuli: “Judy has given me the best customer service experience I have ever had. She made me smile! Judy was so helpful, considerate, knowledgeable, and compassionate! She is absolutely awesome at what she does, and agents should be trained to provide the same customer service experience that she does.”
Sept. 27 - Maureen Gould stated that Jayson Burns was simply PHENOMENAL!! Mrs. Gould has been in the hospitality field for over 14 years and knows the work ethic and mind set that’s needed to provide exemplary service. She stated that Jayson is a breath of fresh air with his professionalism and respectable sales acumen. She just wanted to let it been known that she was very pleased with her Allconnect experience today!
Sept. 28 – Mrs. Nightengale wanted us to know that she was extremely happy with the service Judy Taafuli provided to her. She said that Judy was very honest and reassured her about the services she had setup. She said Judy “made sure all the ducks were in a row” for her. A special thanks to Judy because Mrs. Nightengale also mentioned that her husband is a manager for San Diego Gas and Electric, which is one of our new partners.
